ZRail LLC is a mechanical services company dedicated to supporting shortline, regional, and heritage railroads. We specialize in keeping second- and third-generation locomotives operating safely and reliably while preserving the historic equipment that defines railroading’s legacy. Our work is practical, hands-on, and built around the realities of shortline operations—aging power, limited downtime, and the need for dependable service partners who understand the railroad environment.
